Cancelling your subscription will stop future order renewals only and will not affect orders that have already been placed or moved into processing.

Delivery is free on orders of £50 and above. If your order total is below this amount, a delivery fee of £3.99 will apply. Please note that if a discount code reduces your order total below the free delivery threshold, the delivery charge will still apply.

Unlike a recipe box, our meal kits are all prepared in advance for you by our chefs. Each kit is a combination of prepared veg, sauces, marinades, dressings and garnishes. You only need 15 minutes to reheat and add the final touches at home.

Yes! We release a brand-new seasonal menu every week. Once you’ve signed up, you can easily choose your meals or skip weeks from your online account at any time before the weekly cut-off.

If you don’t choose your meals before the weekly cut-off, our chef’s selection will be automatically applied to your order, so you don’t miss out on your delivery. If you’ve saved any dietary preferences in your account, the chef’s selection will follow those preferences where possible.

Absolutely, you can change your portion size, number of meals and delivery frequency at any time from your online account.

Your refrigerated box can be left in a safe place for up to 12 hours if you’re not home to receive it.

All our meal kits have a 5-day shelf life from the day of delivery. Use-by dates for add-ons may vary.

All our packaging is 100% compostable or recyclable.

Brown kraft paper can be composted or recycled.

Any pouches or dressing pots should be rinsed out before recycling and our non toxic kraft lined gel packs can be poured down the sink with hot water.

We also offer a return and re-use scheme so you can return your liners and ice packs back for us to re-use.
