If I subscribe can I cancel?
Of course, there is no commitment and no cancellation fees. You have total flexibility to skip weeks or cancel your subscription from your online account anytime.
What comes in the box?
We're the only meal kit company to deliver chef-made mains, sauces and garnishes alongside fresh veg for you to add at home. Each kit is a combination of chef-prepared sauces, marinades, dressings and garnishes, along with fresh vegetables and grains for you to finish at home.
Can I choose my meals?
Yes! We have a brand new seasonal menu to choose from every week. Once you sign up you can easily choose your meals or skip weeks from your online account at any point.
Can I change my box size?
Absolutely, you can change your portion size, number of meals and delivery frequency at any time from your online account.
How does delivery work?
All our boxes are delivered on Mondays and our cut off point for delivery is noon Thursday for delivery the following Monday. Your refrigerated box can be left in a safe place for up to 12 hours if you're not home to receive it.
When do I have to eat my meals by?
All our meal kits come with a best before date on them which ranges between 3-5 days from the date of your delivery.
