Hodmedod's Organic Red & White Quinoa 500g – High Protein Wholegrain

Enjoy our range of whole grains all grown regeneratively here in the UK and sourced through our partner Hodmedods. This one is a blend of red quinoa grown by Emily Addicott Auvao in Somerset and white quinoa grown by Peter Fairs in Essex. It's an easy to cook whole grain and complete protein, that's great in everything from soups and stews, to salads and side dishes.

Cooking instructions

Rinse, cover with 1½ to two parts water or stock for each 1 part quinoa, bring to the boil and then simmer on a very low heat for 15 minutes. The grains will absorb the water and swell to 2 to 3 times their original size. Fluff the grains apart with a fork.
