This kombucha is sophisticated in profile and beautifully pink, thanks to a hint of raspberry and a whole lot of hibiscus. Together they make this deeply flavoured alcohol alternative. Organic hibiscus leaves are steeped in a loose leaf tea pre-fermentation.
