This deliciously sticky, slightly spicy, umami-packed sauce is the perfect partner to our new favourite way to cook oyster mushrooms - skewered up and charred for that crispy BBQ flavour. All wrapped up in refreshing baby gem lettuce wraps with sticky sushi rice, tangy gut-friendly kimchi, a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a final drizzle of that irresistible bulgogi sauce.
