Every mouthful of this laksa broth is an absolute flavour bomb. It's rich, fragrant and spicy thanks to aromatics like garlic, lemongrass and galangal stirred through luxuriously creamy coconut milk with a pinch of aonori powder for that umami 'fish sauce' like flavour. At home you'll fill it with vermicelli noodles, protein-rich tofu and tender pak choi, then finish it all with a flourish of crispy shallots, chilli, coriander and lime juice.
