We're the only meal kit company to deliver chef-made mains, sauces and garnishes alongside fresh veg for you to add at home. Each kit is a combination of chef-prepared sauces, marinades, dressings and garnishes, along with fresh vegetables and grains for you to finish at home.

Of course, there is no commitment and no cancellation fees. You have total flexibility to skip weeks or cancel your subscription from your online account anytime after your first order. Please note: you will need to make any changes before your cut off point (midday four days before your upcoming delivery e.g. Thursday midday for Monday delivery). Cancelling your subscription will cancel future order renewals, not orders that have already been placed/processed.

Yes! We have a brand new seasonal menu to choose from every week. Once you sign up you can easily choose your meals or skip weeks from your online account at any time before the cut off point (midday, 4 days before your delivery). 

Absolutely, you can change your portion size, number of meals and delivery frequency at any time from your online account.

We offer Monday or Thursday delivery days every week and our cut off point for delivery is 12pm four days before your delivery (e.g. Thursday midday cut off for Monday deliveries and Sunday midday cut off for Thursday deliveries).

Deliveries are made between 8am-8pm. The majority of deliveries are made well before 6pm, but on rare occasions drivers may deliver up until 8pm when completing busier rounds.

Your refrigerated box can be left in a safe place if you're not home to receive it, as our boxes are designed to stay chilled for up to 48 hours from the date they are packed.

All our meal kits come with a best before date on them which ranges between 3-5 days from the date of your delivery. Use by dates for add ons may vary.

All our packaging is 100% compostable or recyclable.

Brown kraft paper can be composted or recycled.

Any pouches or dressing pots should be rinsed out before recycling and our non toxic kraft lined gel packs can be poured down the sink with hot water.

We also offer a return and re-use scheme so you can return your liners and ice packs back for us to re-use.
