The way our food is currently farmed is damaging to us and our planet. Our goal is to show a broken food system that there’s a better way. We source fruit and vegetables in their real seasonal window and prioritise small scale growers who use sustainable farming techniques that protect the land from soil depletion.


If food waste were a country, it would be the third highest emitter of greenhouse gases in the world. We make sure our meals feed people and not landfills, by cooking perfectly portioned meals to order.


Using the most sustainable packaging is extremely important to us. We strive to use as little packaging as possible and everything we do use is 100% re-usable, compostable or recyclable.


Sustainability comes hand-in-hand with plant-based eating, but Planthood goes beyond the plate too. We donate 1% of all our sales back to the planet and work closely with environmental charities to protect nature and boost biodiversity.
