We've taken the classic Italian Caprese salad and amped it up with layers of textures and flavours. The star of the show is our new creamy vegan 'burrata' which is unbelievably reminiscent of its dairy counterpart, but made from soy! Served over juicy vine ripened plum tomatoes with golden rustic croutons, sharp red onion, plump butterbeans and finished with a zingy hazelnut pesto - this is summer in a bowl.
