We've taken the classic cauliflower cheese and amped it up with extra layers of texture and flavour. Roasted cauliflower and tenderstem broccoli are stirred through a creamy cheesy cashew sauce, which we infuse with punchy umami flavours like garlic, miso and dijon mustard. You'll garnish the dish with golden garlic and hazelnut panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch, and a zingy lemon and herb gremolata which cuts through the creamy richness and brightens everything up.
