Charred Gochujang Glazed Hispi Cabbage Over Lime Tahini Yoghurt With Lentils & Orange Peanut Crumb
You probably haven't come across this combination of flavours before, but they really are just SO GOOD together. Smokey charred edges of hispi cabbage brushed in an addictive sweet and spicy gochujang glaze, sitting on a cooling zingy lime tahini yoghurt, with tender black lentils for protein and fibre. All finished with an orange-spiked peanut crumb and a scattering of chives for freshness. It also has an incredible nutritional profile - low in carbs and calories, but super high in protein (25g) and fibre (22g).
