This sushi bowl is best enjoyed with all of the different elements scooped up into a piece of nori seaweed to make a deconstructed sushi roll. The sushi rice, cucumber and wakame japanese sunomono pickle, saucy gochujang tofu, avocado and sesame gochugaru sprinkle make a perfect little bite. The gochujang sauce is made with silken tofu, making it extra creamy as well as super high protein.
