Our plant-based spin on the popular North Indian saag paneer curry is rich, creamy and incredibly flavourful. Fresh iron-rich baby spinach is slowly cooked in coconut milk and tomato with garlic, cumin and garam masala, then stirred through with a swirl of rich coconut cream. Served with sweet bursting roasted cherry tomatoes and a scattering of fresh coriander, with a pillowy soft garlic and herb naan to mop up all the delicious flavours.
