Our spin on a popular Indian street food recipe, but inside a delicious burger with layers of flavour. A medley of vegetables are shredded, tossed in a spiced gram flour batter, then fried until light, crispy and delicious. Served in a vegan brioche bun with mango chutney, mint raita, fresh baby spinach and served alongside crispy baby new potatoes.
