Katsu Curry With Sesame Crusted Tofu Over Sticky Jasmine Rice With Carrot & Courgette Pickle
This is Christina Soteriou's healthy spin on a katsu curry. Instead of deep frying tofu, it's turned through a coating of golden panko breadcrumbs, black sesame seeds, coconut and crispy onions. Served over sticky jasmine rice with our signature all natural aromatic katsu sauce and a side of tangy lime pickled courgette and and carrot ribbons. It has over 30g of protein and half of your daily recommended fibre intake.
