This hearty winter stew is full of flavour thanks to a rich sauce made with some of the best tasting ingredients around like garlic, miso, porcini, red wine, thyme and rosemary. At home you'll simmer it with healthy seasonal, gut-friendly vegetables like carrot, swede, portobello mushrooms and rainbow chard. Filled with tender brown lentils for protein and finished with a lemon cream and fresh chives to cut through the rich flavours.
