Our chefs slowly cook garlic and onions in a rich white wine reduction, before stirring through our signature creamy cashew sauce and seasoning with a touch of smoked paprika and dijon mustard to cut through the richness. At home you'll stir this sauce through sautéed paris brown mushrooms, tender chickpeas and wilted green spinach for extra nutrition. Served alongside fluffy basmati rice and garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
