Saucy Harissa & Squash Baked Beans With Melted 'Mozzarella' & Warm Dunking Ciabatta





This is Christina Soteriou's take on a comfort food classic, baked beans, but taken to a whole new level! Imagine tender cannellini beans in a sweet and rich tomatoey sauce infused with garlic, harissa, a splash of apple cider vinegar and filled with red peppers and butternut squash for extra flavour and fibre. At home you'll place it all into a casserole dish, tear over plant-based mozzarella and bake until bubbly and melted. Served with fresh parsley and warm ciabatta for dunking and scooping.
